Before submitting a refund application, please ensure you have the following information to avoid delays or rejection:
Your rental booking voucher
A copy of your rental agreement from the pick-up location
A copy of the damage/accident report and/or photos of the damage
Your bank or credit card statement showing the charge for the damage

You MUST have all these documents before submitting your refund application.

You have 60 days from the incident to submit your application. Please do not submit it until you have gathered all the required documents.
