Before you submit your refund application, please make sure you have all of the following documents ready to help prevent delays or rejection:

A full bank or credit card statement showing the amount charged for the damage, in the original currency of the damage invoice
Your rental booking voucher
A copy of your rental agreement from the pick-up location
A copy of the damage or accident report and/or photos of the damage



All of these documents are required before you can submit your application
